8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

LIMCA is not responsible for damage or loss caused during transit by courier services.

Any damage, missing items, or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof.

9. Undelivered or Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned due to non-availability of the recipient or incorrect address:
