1. Admission & Enrollment

• Admission is granted based on eligibility criteria, availability of seats, and submission of required documents.

• LIMCA reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning a reason.

• Enrollment is confirmed only after full or partial payment as specified for the course.

2. Fees & Payment Policy

• All course fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless explicitly stated in writing by LIMCA.

• Fees must be paid as per the payment schedule communicated at the time of admission.

• Delay in fee payment may result in suspension of classes or cancellation of admission.

• Taxes, certification charges, kits, uniforms, or examination fees (if applicable) are separate unless mentioned otherwise.

3. Course Structure & Curriculum

• Course content, syllabus, duration, trainers, and schedules are subject to change for academic or operational reasons.

• LIMCA reserves the right to modify or update curriculum to meet industry standards without prior notice.

• Practical training hours may vary depending on batch size, equipment availability, and learning progress.

4. Attendance Policy

• Minimum attendance is mandatory to qualify for certification.

• Missed classes due to personal reasons will not be repeated individually.

• Make-up classes, if any, are at the discretion of LIMCA.

5. Certification

• Certificates are issued only upon:

  • Completion of the course

  • Required attendance

  • Successful assessment (if applicable)

  • Full settlement of fees

• International or third-party certifications are governed by respective boards’ rules and timelines.

6. Code of Conduct

Students must:

• Maintain professional behavior with trainers, staff, and fellow students

• Follow hygiene, safety, and clinic protocols strictly

• Refrain from misconduct, misuse of equipment, or damage to property

LIMCA reserves the right to suspend or expel students for disciplinary violations without fee refund.

7. Intellectual Property

• All course material, videos, manuals, presentations, and content are the intellectual property of LIMCA.

• Reproduction, sharing, recording, or distribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Practical Training & Liability

• Practical procedures are performed under supervision; however, students participate at their own risk.

• LIMCA is not responsible for:

  • Allergic reactions

  • Improper aftercare by students

  • Personal injury due to negligence or non-compliance

• Students must disclose any medical conditions before practical sessions.

9. Placement Assistance

• Placement support, if offered, is assistance only, not a job guarantee.

• Employment depends on student skill level, interview performance, and market conditions.

10. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Course transfers or batch changes are subject to availability and management approval.

• LIMCA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule batches if minimum enrollment is not met.

11. Website Use

• Information on the website is for general guidance and may be updated without notice.

• Unauthorized use of the website or attempts to disrupt services may lead to legal action.

12. Limitation of Liability

• LIMCA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from course participation or website use.

• Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the student for the course.

13. Privacy Policy

• Personal information shared with LIMCA is handled as per our Privacy Policy.

• We do not sell or misuse student data.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only.
