At LIMCA Cosmetology School, we maintain transparency and fairness in all our academic and financial policies. Please read the following Refund Policy carefully before enrolling in any course.

1. Course Fees

• All fees paid towards admission, registration, course enrollment, training, certification, kits, or materials are non-refundable.

• Fees are also non-transferable to another person, course, or institution.

2. Admission Confirmation

• Once admission is confirmed and payment is made, the seat is reserved exclusively for the student.

• Blocking of seats, allocation of faculty, training resources, and kits begin immediately after confirmation; therefore, no refund will be entertained.

3. Student Withdrawal

• If a student voluntarily withdraws, discontinues, or fails to attend classes after enrollment:

  • No refund will be issued under any circumstances.

  • This applies regardless of attendance, personal reasons, medical issues, visa issues, relocation, or change of interest.

4. Non-Attendance or Absenteeism

• Absence from classes or failure to complete the course does not entitle the student to a refund.

• Missed sessions cannot be converted into refunds.

5. Course Rescheduling or Cancellation by LIMCA

• In rare cases where LIMCA cancels a course or batch due to unavoidable circumstances:

  • Students may be offered a rescheduled batch or course adjustment

  • Refunds, if any, will be at the sole discretion of LIMCA management

6. Force Majeure

• LIMCA shall not be liable for refunds due to events beyond control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Pandemics

  • Political unrest

  • Technical failures

7. Certification & Examination Fees

• Fees paid for examinations, certifications (including third-party or international boards), or assessments are strictly non-refundable.

8. Discounts & Promotional Offers

• Fees paid under discounted, promotional, or special offers are non-refundable under all circumstances.

9. Mode of Refund (If Applicable)

• If a refund is approved exceptionally:

  • It will be processed via the original mode of payment

  • Processing time may take 15–30 working days

  • Administrative or processing charges may be deducted

10. Final Decision

• The decision of LIMCA Cosmetology School management regarding refunds shall be final and binding.

• No disputes will be entertained once the policy is agreed upon at the time of admission.

11. Acceptance of Policy

• By enrolling in any course at LIMCA, the student acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy.

• This policy is applicable to all students, courses, and programs, including offline, online, and hybrid training
